Surveying your company

After an initial meeting with you discussing your needs and TUPE implications, we survey your premises we will provide you with a cost for cleaning. Unlike other cleaning companies there is NO CHARGE for equipment such as vacuums, buffing machines etc. Chemicals are billed separately and the cost to us is the cost to you.

Pre-commencement visit

Once we have been awarded the contract we will arrange a pre-commencement visit were we will introduce the key members of the management team that will be involved with you, and agree a communication plan, and discuss and confirm the cleaning schedule.

Quality control

Our area supervisors will visit the cleaning operatives during their working hours to ensure that the standards are monitored and maintained. A member of the management team will visit you on a monthly basis to go through the monthly satisfaction form and check that we are meeting our service level agreement.

On going service

Throughout our relationship with you we wish to work with you to achieve you aims in regard to cleanliness and consistency.

Communication

We have an in house service desk available to deal with any questions or queries that you have in regard to the service level agreement.
